Milky Bar Kid Cocktail

This drink is more like a pudding than a drink! So rich and creamy (and strong!), this drink was a university staple! You’ve got to have this ice cold, with grated chocolate or cocoa powder on top, to create that indulgent treat to share with friends.

Recipe (makes 1)

Loads of ice cubes

1 shot (25ml) Kahlúa (coffee liqueur)

1 shot Baileys

1 shot Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur)

250ml milk (depends on the size of glass you’re serving this in, you might need less)

A bar of white chocolate or milk or cocoa powder, to grate over at the end

Pour all of the ingredients apart from the chocolate into a cocktail shaker. Top up with ice. shake well to make it light and frothy.

Pour into a glass (if you have smaller glasses use less milk!) so that the top of the drink is nice and frothy and top with grated chocolate or cocoa powder.
