Spaghetti alle vongole

Spent the morning down north in Ramsey, and I must say, as a southie I do not spend that much time up there, but wow! Came across THE most beautiful fishmongers, Scales 🙌

The display was so beautiful, I had to buy some claims and langoustines to make spaghetti.

Also, shout out to the 2 young men who served us, entertained my kids and showed them all the fish and seafood 🙏

Lunch at the The White Tiger was unreal.

Also, my new GORGOUES Manx dishes I got from the IOM Farm Shop this afternoon.

How to…✔️
Put spaghetti on to boil (I always use @pasta_rummo). To melted olive oil and butter, add in finely chopped shallot, red chilli and 4 cloves garlic, and cook slowly until soft. Add in chopped fresh tomatoes and a glass of white wine. Add in clams and langoustines. Pop a lid on and simmer until the shellfish pops open. Pour the spaghetti into the seafood and mix well, sprinkle over parsley. Absolutely tremendous 👏
